Lead the design and uplift of a customer facing portal for a large Financial Services client. This is an opportunity to join a large front end digital project at the beginning creating efficiencies across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Detailed requirements gathering
- Design of solutions with SME's , architects
- stakeholder and relationship management
- Other BA activities such as gap analysis, impact analysis, estimation and process.
- Able to self-manage and prioritise your own tasks.
- 5 years or BA experience across Financial Services or Insurance
- Front end Digital project experience across customer, advisor or broker portals
- Extensive experience in enhancing digital customer experience
- Proven experience working in an Agile environment
