The Role:
As a Business Analyst - Digital, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, helping shape the future of financial services. Join a team that values creativity, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
You'll play a crucial role in defining and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Collaborate closely with business and technology teams to put customers at the heart of everything we do.
- Product Requirements & Documentation (40%): Develop customer journey maps, collaborate with the Product Owner, shape the near-term roadmap, create prototypes, gather business requirements, and ensure business goals are met through appropriate solutions.
- Process Facilitation (30%): Run discovery sessions, work with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and opportunities, and ensure smooth delivery with high stakeholder engagement.
- Product Development Lifecycle (20%): Use storytelling to influence product development, ensure high-quality communication, review and test user stories, and support product testing.
- Leadership (10%): Build positive relationships across the business, understand enterprise assets.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as Business Analyst for customer facing products
- Digital experience with customer facing products (B2C or B2B)
- Agile experience including leading refinement sessions
- Experience working closely with Product Owners to understand requirements, capture user stories etc.
- Working with UX/UI designers
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data from multiple sources
- Financial services experience working with multiple stakeholder groups including IT Security, Compliance, and other Risk groups
- Running Discovery workshops
- Ability to influence business outcomes through first class written and verbal skills
- Experience working in a fast paced environment creating customer and business value
- In depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles
