About The Opportunity
Programmed are currently seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our vibrant Marketing team based at our Notting Hill office. You will be joining an established team managing all the marketing and communication for our Property Services and Electrical Technologies team. The team is a trusted part of the business being responsible for the strategy and implementation of all brand, communication and sales-related activity.

Key Responsibilities
Perform relevant market and industry research for targeted marketing communications
Support the end to end delivery of major marketing projects including, but not limited to: Brand Refresh (strategy, architecture, visual refresh, change management), SEM and SEO, MarTech launch and embedding
Support delivery of and reporting on data driven digital marketing campaigns in line with overall business strategy
Use our automation tools and CMS to maintain and update our sites and microsites
Schedule, upload, monitor and report on social posts
Undergo training and development to stay up to date with best possible use of our MarTech.
Track and report on digital elements and performance
Develop and share relevant content that attracts a qualified audience to our companies’ digital avenues (Blog, website, social)
Ensure all digital content adheres to Brand Strategy through consistency of tone, look and feel
Travel to site to capture content and liaise with stakeholders, occasionally interstate
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have experience within a Digital Marketing Assistant role looking to take the step into a Coordinator role. You will have an unwavering motivation for delivery, and a natural aptitude for first-class stakeholder engagement. Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate MS Suite skills
Experience using a CRM and various MarTech platforms, D365 highly regarded
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, or similar discipline desired but not required
