More about the Role
This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join our in-house marketing team at Advanced Dental Artistry, a leader in awareness and education within the dental industry. Committed to breaking down barriers and guiding patients towards safe and informed dental decisions, we aim to help patients see the possibilities through effective and transparent marketing.
As Digital Content Creator, you will execute our organic social media strategy. This includes crafting content ranging from short form TikTok and Reels to insightful interviews and educational pieces that encapsulate our brand vision.
Armed with high quality camera gear, established processes, and a supportive team, you will have the chance to capture compelling moments every hour, every day. We are eager to empower you to showcase how we consistently surpass patient expectations and industry standards.
Your primary focus will be on content capture and editing, but skills in copyrighting, planning and scheduling, and community engagement are highly valued.
Our YouTube (28K subscribers), Instagram, Facebook and TikTok showcase the incredible content our current in-house team have produced, and we can’t wait to hear your suggestions for new videos or improvements!
About You and your skillset
- Content creation – Proficient in Photography/Videography/Graphic Design. Ability to plan and craft content with viewers, current trends and business objectives in mind.
- Post-production – Significant experience using editing software/programs (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Equipment knowledge - Confidence using a range of camera, video, lighting and sound equipment.
- Collaboration & teamwork - Ability to collaborate with a team of marketing professionals and think outside the box to collectively develop new and creative ways to engage audiences.
- Rapport building - Ability to build rapport quickly with people from all walks of life (including people who lack confidence in front of a camera) whilst keeping shoots on track and capturing authentic/natural content.
- Research - Continually monitor social media trends, stay on top of this landscape and identify new opportunities and content genres to develop.
- Awareness - Ability to ‘read the room’, identify impromptu content opportunities and ensure they are captured in real time.
- Production ability - To efficiently capture a variety of different shots, both in accordance with a pre-planned shot list or when unplanned.
- Ability to capture content, including short interviews, with the end result in mind i.e. shoot to edit.
- Ability to produce high volumes of content within efficient timeframe.
- Ability to interpret feedback and make changes to content.
- Competent in using all relevant platform specific content creation tools (TikTok, IG Reels, Meta Business Suite, Facebook Creator Studio etc)
- Ability to edit long form content such as patient stories, advertisements and education videos.
- Strong copywriting ability in order to creatively ‘caption’ content plus summarise key points for each relevant platform and audience. Proficient in English and confident with sentence structure, grammar and punctuation.
