Digital Content Writer

We are in partnership with a government organisation on an exciting opportunity to join their IT engineering community as a Content Writer.
Responsibilities

• Work closely with business representatives to identify and develop business related content.
• Write content that is oriented towards completing a task.
• Present business content using SharePoint web pages.
• Follow appropriate communication guidelines, standards and templates where required.
• Contribute, as well as attend, key meetings, workshops, and forums.
• Support the program team and business stakeholders to champion the Digital workplace

Skills and experience:

• Highly developed written communication skills enabling clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation.
• Experience implementing user-centric communication strategies and plans.
• Experience creating a range of communication collateral, including web pages, presentations, intranet pages, images, etc.
• Experience communicating and liaising with a range of stakeholders.
• Possess exceptional judgement, be flexible and innovative, as well as have an excellent ability to manage multiple priorities and diverse stakeholders.
• A person who loves to build relationships is a great networker who focuses on customer service.
• Experience working with Microsoft 365 tools, such as SharePoint, Teams & Viva Engage
