Talent Acquisition Partner

While successfully securing exciting projects and undergoing business expansion in Australia, they are seeking a new member to their HR Professionals team.
Based in the CBD suburbs, This organisation is seeking their next Talent Acquisition Partner on a permanent, full time basis. The role will mainly consist of 360 technical recruitment, and talent acquisition stratergy work.
The key responsibilities of the role:

• Provide end-to-end recruitment including formulating job descriptions, benchmarking, sourcing / screening / Interviewing of candidates, reference checking, compliance collection, contract preparation, ect.
• Deliver accurate and timely recruitment information, support, feedback and advice to management.
• Maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates and provide exceptional candidate care throughout the recruitment process using a friendly and professional manner.
• Discussing recruitment needs with recruitment partners, and partnering with external stakeholders such as Universities to promote graduate hiring.
• On-boarding new hires / contractors into the organisation.
• Provide project resource utilisation reports, forecast reports and performance reports to the management team

Experience / Skills needed for this role:
The ideal individual for this role will have a passion for recruitment, strategy and be savvy with Talent Acqusition tools.
**Prior Recruitment / HR experience is essential - Technical recruiting from entry level to senior positions is desired**

• Minimum 4years of Talent Acquisition Experience
• Extensive experience with ATS / CRM system 'Gem' is desired - however someone who is willing to become the software expert will also be considered
• Ability to build strong and longlasting relationships with managers and external stakeholders
• Ability to work efficiently, managing the progress of multiple projects and roles
