- Review damaged vehicle and/or images to determine scope of work
- Complete estimates on damaged vehicles in a timely manner
- Thoroughly assess repaired vehicles and/or images to ensure estimates submitted are accurate and comprehensive
- Ensure repair times are realistic
- Determine the most cost effective and efficient method to repair a vehicle
- Record all interactions relating to a job as a note form on the software application provided
- Responsible for meeting quote targets and sales mix
- Manages liaison with Insurance Assessors
- Responsible for ordering parts once customers confirm their repair booking
- Responsible for reviewing job tasks for additional labour hours and parts cost to existing quotes.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures and standards.
- Booking repair jobs according to requirements based on size mix, number of jobs and dollar value.
- Ensure claims determined as out of scope are communicated with the Assessors in a timely manner.
- A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Estimating
- Previous experience with using Ibodyshop.
- Sound computer and office skills
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Critical thinking capabilities
- Excellent team player
- Exceptional problem solving skills
- A strong desire for customer satisfaction
- Leadership, communication and negotiating skills
