The People Home Program is designed to make a genuine impression on the daily lives of our employees and leaders through reimaging our digital people experience for our Australia and Aotearoa businesses.

As the Digital Experience Lead, you’ll leverage expertise in universal design to create inclusive and accessible digital HR experiences for all Suncorp employees, reflecting our commitment to a diverse and inclusive workforce.  Working within the Momentum agile delivery model, you’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure future HR technology and processes enable our strategic commitments to Diversity and Inclusion (D&I).

What you’ll do

  • Bring the best of external inclusive design thinking into the design, configuration, and deployment of Human Capital Management, payroll, and timekeeping solutions, ensuring alignment with current and future D&I obligations across Australia and Aotearoa
  • Play a pivotal role in delivering the People Home Program's benefits by actively promoting the Momentum agile model and ensuring all aspects of design, configuration, and deployment explicitly reflect the program's guiding lights
  • Partner with the program team to proactively identify and mitigate potential sources of systemic bias during the design phase
  • Utilise existing frameworks to ensure employee voices are actively incorporated into current design and delivery and informs future system configuration
  • Define a comprehensive testing process within the People Home Program to ensure identified inclusion and accessibility issues are addressed before system go-live

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience integrating D&I best practices throughout the design and delivery of strategic projects across multiple diverse employee communities
  • A strong track record delivering core HR services through digital platforms and collaborating with technology partners to enable strategic system configuration, embedding D&I considerations
  • The ability to articulate and navigate complex and competing stakeholder needs, achieving balanced solutions that address current and future state requirements
  • Confidence working with diverse stakeholders across all levels, integrating their perspectives to achieve an agreed design outcome
  • A strong understanding of global best practices and the ability to translate them into a unified future state design for both Australia and Aotearoa, with flexibility for local requirements
  • The capacity for continuous learning, flexible thinking to challenge mindsets, and adapting to changing environments
