Job description Our Federal Government client is seeking an experienced Digital Learning and Development officer to join their team. This is a contract role for 12 months with 2x12 months extensions. This role is open for Australia citizens with a Baseline Security Clearance. 12 month contract with 2x12 months extensions. Australian Citizens with Baseline Security Clearance Hybrid working model (2 days from home and 3 days from office). Paxus pays weekly. The Digital Learning and Development is accountable under limited direction to perform complex work to drive the meaningful adoption and use of technologies across multiple healthcare and consumer settings. This may require using learning design methodologies that support the development of a system wide shift in the understanding of digital health in the workplace, and for consumers. To be successful in this role you must: Leadership and Accountability Provide expertise and technical knowledge in specialist areas across a range of programs or activities for the Agency. Provide accurate and specialised advice including anticipating problems and contributing to issues management. Set priorities for the work area, maintain team cohesion, and ensure quality of outputs for the development of eLearning content. Management Diversity and Span Ensure quality outputs for a team including the development of specialist, professional and/or technical expertise. Conduct regular quality assurance of work area processes and manage identified risks. Supervise a team performing related roles. Implement work plans for the work area including setting tasks and priorities, managing workflow and allocating resources.
