With multiple exciting opportunities the ideal candidates will have at least 12 months claims management experience, love using technology to solve problems and preferably have a degree in business or law.
A background in either Motor, CTP, workers compensation, or other liability and property claims will also be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employ various tools, including advanced technology solutions, to collect information and documentation for claims.
- Communicate effectively with insurers, brokers, policyholders, claimants, and other relevant parties.
- Provide well-founded recommendations on claim handling.
- Ensure claims are managed and resolved within established timeframes.
- Demonstrated experience in handling insurance claims
- Strong knowledge of procedures involved in processing insurance claims.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, along with strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- High levels of empathy and emotional intelligence, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent attention to detail, along with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Legal or business qualifications are a plus.
