About the role
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will support a range of current and upcoming digital initiatives, including the implementation and integration of marketing automation software with a bespoke CRM system. You will also work with external vendors to optimise web platforms and the roll out of digital campaigns.
A summary of your responsibilities include:
- Supporting the implementation of multi-platform campaigns in line with the Digital Marketing strategy, including website, paid, social media, eDM and marketing automation;
- Contributing to the development and execution of digital strategies and projects, supporting broader campaign activity;
- Creating, implementing and delivering the social media plan, including content creation and optimisation;
- Maintaining web platforms, ensuring information is accurate and consistent, and working with external developers as required to complete improvements where necessary;
- Actively reviewing and identifying opportunities for improvements in functionality and user experience across all platforms; and
- Providing accurate and timely reporting on campaigns across digital channels, including web, social media, eDM, and Google Ads.
This position would suit a mid-level digital marketer with experience in eDM’s, marketing automation, social media, paid media and campaign management. To be considered for this role, your background, skills and experience must meet the following criteria;
- Brisbane based candidate who is comfortable working four days per week, three days in the office and one day from home;
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, business or other relevant field;
- Four + years’ experience in Digital Marketing, including experience in eDM, marketing automation, social media and website development;
- Certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO, SEM, social media advertising and UX (preferable);
- Demonstrable proficiency with CMS platforms (particularly WordPress), marketing automation platforms (preferably HubSpot), EDM software (MailChimp or similar), Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising and Microsoft Office suite;
- Proficient level skills in design using Adobe Creative Suite;
- Demonstrable high-level verbal and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present in a polished and professional manner; ans
- Exceptional organisational and administration skills, demonstrating high attention to detail.
