Pay range: Hourly $60.26, ex super

About the role:

The Senior Digital Delivery Officer will sit within a highly dedicated and collaborative Digital Delivery team who are responsible for ensuring the client's website and associated microsites have accessible, user-friendly, evidence-based information and experiences.

The Senior Digital Delivery Officer role will be critical in supporting the strategic and administrative activities expected to effectively deliver a new website.

The Senior Digital Delivery Officer will have experience with working on websites and preferably have experience in project managing and supporting website redevelopments in previous roles.

Duties

• Have a sound understanding of key website functionality and website technical terminology, digital accessibility, current WCAG, and be a champion for digital inclusion.
• Support the website redevelopment team by managing research and engagements activities including user testing.
• Possess excellent stakeholder management skills to work with internal and external teams to ensure the smooth delivery of the project.
• Assist in leading and coordinating the website redevelopment project and other development work on the Agency microsites, where directed.
• Have experience with working on strategic projects with sound administration and project management support skills.

Required Experience/skills

• Strong digital acumen and knowledge of best practice digital principles
• Experience working with websites and/or digital products
• Strong digital accessibility and WCAG knowledge
• Stakeholder management experience, including influencing and negotiating
• Experience developing briefs and/or scoping project requirements with stakeholders
• Experience working in a project team, leading project tasks, and meeting deadlines
• Experience with user acceptance testing
• Experience with user-research activities or facilitating workshops

Desirable Experience Skills

• Project management experience
• Previous government experience
• Degree in digital or IT
• Previous Content Management Experience
• Use data analytics tools, for example Google Analytics, SEM Rush.
