This role involves technical skills, new client pitches, commercial analysis, lead generation, optimisation, client management, and digital innovation. You will identify and secure new digital sales opportunities and drive their implementation as well as sales growth in the market.So, what's the job?
- You'll own and lead the digital capability function and distribution channels for key partners, ensuring CX is optimized across the entire customer journey, with KPIs around commercial growth.
- You'll engage effectively with stakeholders across the business and be the conduit between IT, product, sales, and external partners of all levels of seniority. Engage with product design to provide best-in-class CX.
- You'll provide guidance and thought leadership to partners on digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels such as SEO, SEM, email, social media, display, etc. Identify trends and insights, and be the SME and a trusted advisor on everything digital.
- You'll prepare and give presentations on digital strategies for commercial growth, CX enhancement, and channel performance to partners during quarterly reviews, ensuring strong partner engagement and buy-in.
- You'll strategically evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer journey touchpoints, identify scalable growth opportunities and submit idea briefs.
- You'll lead the digital function of the project delivery.
- You'll conduct thorough analysis of website analytics and user behavior data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- You'll develop and implement A/B tests to optimize conversion rates.
- You'll utilize heatmaps, user recordings, Google Analytics 4, and other tools to gain insights into user behavior and preferences.
- You'll stay updated with industry trends and best practices in CRO and digital marketing.
- You'll have a successful track record in implementing and managing growth strategies to achieve digital revenue targets.
- You'll have a degree or relevant industry experience in digital experience creation, management and optimisation.
- You'll have a solid understanding of the digital landscape, conversion rate optimization, and online growth initiatives.
- You'll be proficient with VWO, Hotjar or similar tools, GA4, segment, data visualization tools, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, VWO, and SFMC.
- You'll have proven experience in client communications and project delivery in both internal and external settings.
- You'll possess strong analytical capabilities to translate qualitative data into actionable recommendations for improving sales, user experience, and brand awareness.
- You'll have excellent interpersonal and client management skills, with the ability to connect with people and manage relationships effectively.
- You'll have experience working in an agile environment.
- You'll have competent knowledge of the travel or insurance industry, and experience within a large organization dealing in consumer goods and/or distribution.
- You'll have a thorough understanding of eCommerce, web analytics, conversion rate optimization, online marketing, user experience and website architecture, SEM, SEO, and content marketing.
