About the Role: As the Technical Digital Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our Head of Brand and CMO. This newly created role is perfect for someone with a strong technical understanding and the ability to drive performance across multiple digital platforms. The role is remote and online, utilising various tools to collaborate effectively and maintain high productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Marketing: Manage and optimise paid search, display, and social media campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
- Website Management: Oversee the backend of our WordPress site, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
- Basic Coding Skills: Utilise your basic coding skills for website updates, email templates, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Email Marketing: Manage and execute email marketing campaigns using platform.
- CRM Management: Work with CRMs and SaaS tools to streamline customer management and enhance the customer journey.
- CRO: Implement and optimise conversion rate optimisation strategies to improve user experience and drive conversions.
- Agency Collaboration: Coordinate with performance and content agencies to ensure timely and effective roll-out of marketing campaigns.
- Search Engine Management: Ensure our content is optimised and up-to-date on search engines.
Must Have Skills:
- Thorough understanding of WordPress backend management.
- Basic coding skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Proven track record in managing search engine optimisation.
- Ability to work with performance marketing and content agencies.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with PPC advertising.
- Understanding of CRO strategies and implementation.
