Infopro Digital Group are recruiting for a talented and motivated Management Accountant to join our team on a permanent basis in Haynes Australia Pty Limited, who sit within Infopro Digital’s Automotive division. Infopro is a global organisation with 4,000 employees based in 18 Countries and a turnover of €550 million.Haynes Australia Pty Limited operates in the B2B and B2C markets of the automotive aftercare industry. Your role will be to lead the finance function and become a key individual in a growing business, offering support to the local team as well as Group department heads. The role would suit a qualified accountant who has experience in an industry role.This job is located in our offices in Sydney, Australia. It is anticipated that after a short period of training, the role can be completed with a mix of office-based and homeworking. Full time or part time candidates will be considered for this role.Responsibilities· Preparation of monthly management accounts including reconciliation of all control accounts· Monthly upload to group operational P&L software· Process the weekly/monthly operating statements including revenue deferral calculations· Monthly reconciliation of inter-company P&L charges and quarterly reconciliation of inter-company P&L charges and balances· Monthly cash reporting· Quarterly upload of full management accounts onto Group Consolidation software and completion of supporting schedules· Preparation of the annual budget and forecast exercises· Assist with the preparation of Australian statutory and tax compliance filings (in liaison with external advisers)· Supervise working capital cycles and requirements including payment runs & loan repayments· Lead the Australian finance function and offer support to the Office Manager with transactional queries· Key contact to the AUKUS Management Accountant and group reporting functions (located in England)· Ad-hoc queriesRequirementsAll necessary background research, preparation of schedules, liaison with internal colleagues and external advisers to enable the satisfactory completion of the above job responsibilities. Including:
- Qualifications - CPA / CA ANZ (or equivalent)
- Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, SUMIFs, lookups etc)
- Excellent Analytical skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Team player and willingness for 'hands-on' approach
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy of outputs

- Hybrid working- attending the office in Sydney, NSW 2 days per week (for a full-time role, can be discussed for a part time role)
