The merchandising team supports, updates and manages various content pages and campaigns across Qantas.com ( AU and Rest of World site versions ) ranging from flight tactical campaigns ( sales ), Qantas loyalty campaigns, brand and network updates, Travel Inspiration and operational content along with other ad hoc merchandising requests including optimisation of the Qantas.com homepage content. The team is responsible is responsible for driving flight and ancillary revenue, ensuring accuracy, compliance and relevance is reflected within the content and enabling an effective customer user journey so our customers can complete their tasks ( booking, self-servicing, finding content etc ). This role will have a key focus on the French Market and French websites (EN and FR languages) due to the new route commencing between Paris and Perth in July 2024. An interest in content creation and publishing, copy-writing, SEO will be more ideal. French speaking/writing candidates will be highly regarded.
