Role Highlights
- Lead the delivery of strategic Digital Marketing initiatives including the College’s electronic publications and newsletters, content production and publishing and management of our digital channels including website and social media.
- Manage photography and videography shoots and capture a range of exciting College events and activities.
- Identify and execute opportunities for engaging visual and digital content in a variety of mediums while maintaining brand image and voice.
- We are more than just a generic school brand. We also have a separately branded Fremantle campus called The Studio School, and a Childcare centre, Little Saints, due to launch in mid 2024, so our ideal candidate has the experience to successfully manage multiple brands concurrently.
The Role
All Saints’ College, one of WA’s leading coeducational independent schools, is seeking a creative and passionate marketing and digital media professional with demonstratable experience in a similar role to support the College and its sub-brands through communication, Digital Marketing, and content creation.
An exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual, the role encompasses the support and delivery of key Digital Marketing initiatives, requiring a thorough understanding of the dynamic marketing and communications landscape and a strong aptitude for social media and other digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of engaging content and communications plans from planning to implementation and analysis.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify key content opportunities for All Saints’ College, The Studio School and its sub-brands.
- Support the delivery of event promotion including social media advertising.
- Creating and maintaining tailored messaging across multiple channels with the understanding that effective communication requires a strong sense of purpose and engaging two-way conversation.
- Track, analyse and report on data and insights and review content performance.
- Shoot and produce video content for various College and TSS platforms to support the College’s objectives and promote events, and liaise with external agencies to coordinate videography projects.
- Assist in the production of written content for the College’s high end publications including the annual magazine and yearbook.
About You
Creative and driven, you understand how to balance creative flair with clear branding and voice. You are proactive and bring fresh ideas to the table. You have a strong attention to detail and understand the importance of maintaining accuracy and style across a diverse range of College publications and digital platforms. You enjoy thinking creatively and learning new skills with strong analytical abilities.
You also possess the following:
Essential
- A tertiary qualification in marketing, digital media, journalism or communications is essential
- Experience in social media management and scheduling software
- Proven experience creating multi-channel content through a number of mediums (video, photo, written etc)
- High degree of attention to detail
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude
- Highly developed written communication skill
Desirable
- Experience with SLR cameras and photography
- Experience with videography and editing programs including Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in website backends and software
- Experience or interest in the Education sector.
