The Role
We are seeking an outstanding Assistant Boutique Manager to support the Boutique Manager in leading a team of experienced Sales Associates & who offer exceptional customer experiences through beautiful selling ceremonies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Represent the brand guaranteeing that the Brand image is correctly perceived by clients and implement the brand strategy.
- Maintain awareness of daily/weekly/monthly target, KPI and CRM target, monitoring team’s individual target as well as achieving individual objective
- Guarantee the correct implementation of stock processes, ensuring a good product managementGuarantee to the corresponding team that the Sales Ceremony process is correctly performed ensuring that the Brand image is properly perceived by customers
- Able to supervise the store when SM is absent
- Look after the good atmosphere of the store and make sure to have the best team
- Ensure store functional maintenance
- Encourage communication in the store by setting formal (daily-weekly-monthly reports) and informal channels
- Excellent salary package on offer + Bonus + Commission!

- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in a luxury store
- Good track record as a top sales and strong people manager
- Experience in managing teams in luxury or high-fashion sector
- Passion for ongoing learning & development of your skills
- Good command of English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
