The role…
You will play a pivotal role in assisting in the implementation of a new Digital Solution and online website e-commerce for their extensive network of distributors across Australia and New Zealand.
This temporary position will assist the Digital Marketing Manager, and IT Manager, with the development, and implementation, of a website transformation project, encompassing two new websites for the Oceania region.
You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, and IT Manager on this project and will provide some administration support and have a primarily focus on product data entry, and uploading website optimised imagery, with some SEO tasks also required.
Role responsibilities…
- Developing and finalising all product pages for the new website;
- Enter existing content/data into the website Content Management System (CMS);
- Upload website optimised imagery for both mobile and desktop devices;
- Use best practice SEO techniques to name images and documents to maximise SEO;
- Upload web optimised documents and videos to the back end of the website;
- Maximise SEO opportunities by developing and entering meta data;
- Edit established website copy, to improve SEO outcomes.
It is ideal to have someone who has administration skills, a strong IT and data management background or SEO and marketing background who can support on a project doing various tasks along with:
- Experience with Data Content upload and website content management ideal;
- Collaboration with external suppliers and partners to understand and implement best website practices;
- SEO understanding and working knowledge;
- Previous experience in Digital Transformation or possess transferable skills from a similar project;
- Proficiency in utilizing the Microsoft suite and meticulous diligence are pre-requisites;
- Qualifications or certification in Digital Marketing or a related field is advantageous.
