About this role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive, to help drive new technologies, champion processes and develop strong relationships internally with key stakeholders to demonstrate best practice sales and marketing methodology.
This role sits in the MCBD (Marketing, Communications and Business Development) team and will be instrumental in working with our support teams internally to ensure all marketing campaigns across the country are built and executed in our marketing automation software and delivering reporting and insights.
Key responsibilities
- Utilise our marketing automation software for event, webinar, and email campaign execution, fostering relationships with marketing team members and executive assistants for timely campaign delivery
- Schedule and organise campaign communications for our national firm with six offices, requiring multitasking and flexibility skills
- Provide regular reports and insightful analysis using Digital Marketing tools: CRM, SEO monitoring, website analytics, social media monitoring, and online advertising
- Understand CRM and marketing automation platform integration to proactively manage client data for marketing purposes, addressing duplicate records and bounced email addresses
- Assist the Digital Marketing & Communications team with campaign execution, website updates, social media posts and more.
Skills & experience
This is an ideal role for a marketing professional with a passion for learning and working in the fast-paced technical side of marketing.
This role will suit someone with the following skills, experience and attributes:
- Experience working in a marketing environment within a B2B environment
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or related fields.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and communication skills with the ability to facilitate and present to groups
- Experience in using email marketing, social media and CMS platforms.
- Basic knowledge of marketing automation, CRM and Google Analytics (GA4)
