About the Opportunity
Are you a Digital Marketing enthusiast eager to make a significant impact? Join our Marcomms team as a Digital Marketing Executive, where you'll play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing Legrand's digital presence. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing & Communications, you'll have the opportunity to drive brand awareness, optimise digital channels, and contribute to our continued success.
Your duties will be:
- optimise Legrand's owned digital channels to drive brand awareness and ensure accurate representation of our brands and products
- manage our eCommerce channel to drive sales growth and maximize brand visibility on platforms like Amazon
- assist distributors by enhancing digital tools and websites to effectively showcase Legrand products
- collaborate with Marketing Communication Executives to enhance marketing activities and campaigns across digital channels
- utilise tools like Salesforce, data analytics, and AI to capture, nurture, and convert leads effectively
- analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success across campaigns, websites, and social media, providing valuable insights to guide improvements
- stay ahead of the curve by advocating for the use of new digital tools, AI, and automation to enhance our marketing efforts
To be successful in this role you must exhibit a strong blend of strategic thinking, technical proficiency, and collaborative spirit.
About the skills we're looking for
- tertiary degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- minimum 3 years+ experience in Digital Marketing
- additional 3 years+ experience in marketing communications, particularly in website strategy, social media strategy, lead generation campaigns, promotions, and advertising
- proven track record of developing and executing end-to-end successful Digital Marketing strategies
- experience working with Digital Marketing platforms and tools, including Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, CMS, and eDM platforms.
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external agencies
- creative thinker with strong problem-solving and business acumen skills
- detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities
