Based in West Gosford, The Entertainment Grounds has established its reputation as a leading regional racing venue and one of the Central Coast's premier events and functions facilities.

The Entertainment Grounds is looking for an innovative, results-driven Marketing Executive to not only develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for the business but also to drive new business ventures. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all facets of marketing with an emphasis on digital and social advertising and a deep understanding of lead conversion.

This position will play a pivotal role in the promotional aspects of horse racing and live events.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised with a strong background in digital marketing and a passion for creating impactful marketing strategies. You will be encouraged to bring new ideas to the table and be involved in their execution.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to monitor multiple projects simultaneously.

Being part of a small but passionate team requires the ability to work well and demonstrate flexibility in a collaborative manner while also being able to work autonomously. 

The Marketing Executive will work closely with the Event Sales Manager and the Event Manager to ensure that strategies align and campaigns assist in meeting targets.

From a technical perspective, a working knowledge of WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite (preferably InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop), EDM software, Google Adwords, MS Office and all social media platforms is essential. A working knowledge of live events is preferred.

The Entertainment Grounds is primarily a horse racing facility, so candidates must be comfortable working in this industry.

Salary is dependent on experience and qualifications.
