Herbs of Gold is an Australian vitamin and supplement brand available in all health food stores and select pharmacies. We are looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the successful applicant will be responsible for the creation, management, and implementation of all Digital Marketing strategies for the business.
Working alongside the marketing team, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Development, coordination, and implementation of all Digital Marketing projects & campaigns.
- Application of growth strategies to increase sales and traffic to the website.
- Management of all website CX, SEM/SEO and content.
- Management of all social media marketing strategies, content and campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Coordination, engagement, and interaction with all consumer queries through any digital platform.
- Creation of all EDMs and digital touchpoints with consumers and customers.
- Reporting, analysis, and suggested expansion strategies for all digital campaigns.
- Administration and growth of consumer and customer databases.
- Creation of third-party digital campaigns.
- General marketing assistance and support.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Digital Marketing
- Tertiary marketing education
- Creative approach to producing content and excellent copywriting abilities
- Experience in social media marketing and advertising (e.g., Facebook advertising, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads).
- Must have a creative, energetic, reliable and enthusiastic work ethic
- Strong communication skills
- Capacity to work independently and in a team
- Project management
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office & computer literacy
