About Pattern’s Grad Program
Kick-start your career as part of our 10-month graduate program, working with iconic brands that are enjoyed and loved in Australia and across the globe.
Commencing March 2024 in our South Yarra office, our 10-month program will see you immerse yourself into the world of Digital Marketing, learning directly from gamechangers in this space, working across a range of departments. The program will involve rotations in Pattern’s Social, SEM, SEO and CRM teams. As a Pattern Graduate you will be adding value from day one, doing real work and delivering real results that make a difference for our clients.
Designed to broaden your knowledge in how a full service Digital Marketing agency operates, you will complete the following activities:
Conduct key projects in the various rotations such as channel audits, keyword research, and assist in the creation and execution of CRM, Social, SEM campaigns and SEO roadmaps
Complete research to identify insights and opportunities that feed into client growth targets
Monitor KPI targets for clients and provide suggestions on how these could be met
Deliver weekly and monthly reporting in line with Pattern’s reporting framework
Participate in WIPs and monthly calls with internal and external stakeholders
Build, test, scale and optimise campaigns in Google Ads, Google Shopping, Bing Ads and other channels including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads and TikTok
Assist with the management of SEO and social media content calendars and copywriting for ads and Organic marketing

A bachelor’s in marketing, communications or business
A customer-centric mindset, with previous customer service experience appreciated
Excellent attention to detail
Analytical with an eye for insights
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and data interpretation
Willingness to learn and an enthusiasm for digital and ecommerce
Strong extra-curricular achievements that reflect a proactive attitude and ownership
The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Applicants must be permitted to work permanently in Australia with no restriction on hours (e.g. citizen, permanent resident)
At the conclusion of the 10-month program, Pattern Graduates will be selected to be placed into functions across our company where they can add immediate value.
