Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will lead the Konica Minolta Digital Marketing Team to develop, socialise and execute the Digital Marketing strategy, ensuring to deliver on core KPI’s of increasing lead generation, improving customer engagement and driving better cost per acquisition.Requirements
- Develop the short, mid, and long-term Digital Marketing strategy, informed through use of insights gained through data analytics.
- Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points, implementing strategic performance focussed initiatives.
- Manage Digital agencies - communicating briefs, developing strategic approaches towards business needs and ensuring optimisation.
- Drive improvement in Digital channels including email, automation, website, search engine marketing, social media and paid digital advertising.
- Execute webinars and digital event support as required.
- Collaborate with global Digital Marketing counterparts to share knowledge and ensure alignment with global strategy.
- Coach, mentor and guide the team with their daily tasks while also ensuring their personal development and growth.
- Demonstrated experience in Digital Marketing (preferably with management experience).
- Experience in implementing Digital Marketing strategies in a B2B sales environment, including marketing automation.
- Experience in website development, optimising landing pages and user funnels.
- Solid knowledge of Google Analytics and other digital/technical platforms.
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and leadership skills.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
