Our purpose: Life Unlimited.The Marketing Manager is charged with developing the strategic marketing approach vital to achieve targets for sales, gross profit and operating profit incorporating the core areas of Recon Robotics and Digital Technology across hybrid go-to-market models (Direct & In-Direct), and across Australia and NZ.Key job functions include to plan, direct and control the Reconstruction Enabling Technologies ANZ Marketing strategy within the guidelines of corporate policies to achieve sales targets, revenue, efficient profitability and satisfaction from new and existing internal and external customers at a level exceeding their respective needs/expectations. Be a change agent, influencer in the target market.What will you be doing?

• Develop and drive the Recon marketing and commercial plan for ANZ and responsibility for the implementation of activities, applicable to the assigned product portfolio.
• Forecasting and portfolio management (including deletions and stock control)
• New Product Development/Introduction
• Market research activities where required to incorporate:
• Pricing control (both tender and market)
• Interaction with other business segments within S&N Australia and Internationally.
• Key Customer Account Development (for brand portfolio):
• Collaboration with the Sales Force

What will you need to be successful?

• Degree qualifications in Biomechanical Engineering, Science, Marketing or Business-related discipline
• Strong background is sales and marketing from related industry, experience within robotics will be highly regarded.
• Proven success track record selling within the ortho space.
• Open to travel up to 40%
