Reporting directly into Head of Communications, the Digital Marketing Manager will take full ownership of all owned/paid channels. With a strong B2B focus, you'll drive all digital communications, content and community to maximise reach and member engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain master website content and UX, ensuring it remains up-to-date, user-friendly, and engaging.
- Collaborative with web developers, third party platform vendors and website users.
- Maintain all digital products and services, such as the CMS, image library, EDM tools, social media tools, Google analytics and third-party services.
- Develop and implement digital and social media campaigns to effectively market upcoming events and industry initiatives.
- Oversee social media channels and third-party platforms, providing strategic guidance to maximise reach and engagement.
- Report on the effectiveness of website, EDM, social media, and third-party platforms, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve optimal results.
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing or digital communications.
- At least 5 years' experience managing a website and CMS system independently.
- Experience as the senior 'digital gate-keeper' for all platforms/channels.
- Background in web development, Digital Marketing, and/or content creation.
- At least 5 years' experience managing social media platforms and scheduling tools e.g.Hootsuite, Later.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Ad Manager.
- Demonstrated success on managing a CRM and crafting effective EDMs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and other programming languages would be desirable.
