Our Digital Marketing Manager role encompasses two businesses. Byron Bay Gifts is a well-established gifting brand and Loyal Crush is a modern self-optimisation business celebrating cruelty free.

Byron Bay Gifts is a gift company delivering gorgeous gift boxes around Australia. We operate an online store in beautiful Byron Bay and support local, organic, natural and sustainable shopping. To help us facilitate and maintain our 5-star rating, we're looking for a new team member with excellent Digital Marketing capabilities. 

Loyal Crush is a skincare, makeup and wellness venture focussed on cruelty free beauty and wellness products. We’re looking for someone who can work across both businesses, is ideas-driven and always on top of new trends.

We are looking for an in-house professional to work in our office in Byron Bay. 

We're open to discussing a 4 day work week for the right applicant.

Job Description:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who is skilled in Google AdWords, SEO, and comprehensive Digital Marketing strategies. This role requires a proactive, creative, and analytical individual who can manage and execute Digital Marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audiences and maximise ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our Google AdWords campaigns to ensure maximum efficiency and performance.
- Conduct keyword research, analysis, and optimisation to boost our SEO results.
- Monitor and report on the performance of all Digital Marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in SEO and Digital Marketing.
- Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.
- Utilise analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital media, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role (minimum 2 years)
- Expertise in Google AdWords, SEO, PPC, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Experience with data-driven SEO analysis and optimization.
- Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practices.
- Demonstrable experience with email marketing, lead generation, and SEO tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
- Proficiency in marketing automation technology.
