To help us facilitate and maintain our 5-star rating, we're looking for a new team member with excellent Digital Marketing capabilities.
Loyal Crush is a skincare, makeup and wellness venture focussed on cruelty free beauty and wellness products. We’re looking for someone who can work across both businesses, is ideas-driven and always on top of new trends.
We are looking for an in-house professional to work in our office in Byron Bay.

Job Description:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who is skilled in Google AdWords, SEO, and comprehensive Digital Marketing strategies. This role requires a proactive, creative, and analytical individual who can manage and execute Digital Marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audiences and maximise ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our Google AdWords campaigns to ensure maximum efficiency and performance.
- Conduct keyword research, analysis, and optimisation to boost our SEO results.
- Monitor and report on the performance of all Digital Marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in SEO and Digital Marketing.
- Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.
- Utilise analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital media, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role (minimum 2 years)
- Expertise in Google AdWords, SEO, PPC, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Experience with data-driven SEO analysis and optimization.
- Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practices.
- Demonstrable experience with email marketing, lead generation, and SEO tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
- Proficiency in marketing automation technology.
