Digital Marketing Manager - Mandarin Speaking

The marketing manager must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities Tasks:

• Managing all marketing activities for the company
• Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy
• Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
• Work on various marketing collateral, with an ability to check content and work on the design of marketing materials for EDM's, brochures, landing pages, presentations and events
• Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed
• Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for use or promotion
• Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists

To be successful for the role:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing roles
• Experience in managing external agencies
• Proven experience in setting a strategy and delivering results from start to finish
• Experience working with budgets and forecasting
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
• Knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
• Great people management skills highly regarded
• The ability to speak both English and Mandarin highly regarded.
• The ability to use Photoshop is a bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $68,822.13 – $100,490.73 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sydney NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Digital marketing: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Mandarin (Required)
