We have a customer centric culture and are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join friendly and engaging team based in in the Forge head office in Edwardstown, Adelaide.

About the role

This position plays a pivotal role in our expansion plan, concentrating on creative content, paid social media, and paid advertising across diverse digital channels. The perfect candidate is an individual with a high enthusiasm for Digital Marketing, but broad minded enough to see opportunities and deliver results on other areas of marketing and client touch points.

Responsibilities

• Develop, strategise, and implement Digital Marketing initiatives, with a focus on creative content, paid social media, and paid advertising. This involves overseeing the implementation, optimisation, and management of paid media campaigns across META, Google, and TikTok.
• Execute and refine email strategies to enhance engagement and foster growth.
• Analyse and report on campaign performance across paid media and email platforms, offering insights and recommendations based on data analysis to continually enhance their marketing strategies.
• Work closely with the other teams and the market to create a unified digital strategy that aligns with overarching brand objectives.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in Digital Marketing, integrating innovative approaches to maintain their brands' competitiveness in their respective markets.

Skills and experience 

To be seucessful in this role you must have;

• Strong experience in paid media, across platforms including Meta, Pinterest, Google, and TikTok.
• High skills in digital communication and market's insight research
  Strategy-focused content creation
• Experience developing Digital Marketing campaigns based on creative concept, execution and measurements
• Demonstrated track record of successfully executing and optimising email marketing campaigns, with platforms such as Klaviyo.
• Capacity to efficiently manage and prioritise tasks across multiple fronts.
• Keen attention to detail and a keen eye for high-quality marketing and aesthetic design
• Experience communicating and presenting with senior leaders in companies is essential.
• Experience working with a diverse range of industries and companies is essential.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Excellent and creative written & verbal communication skills are essential.
