About the Role:
As a key player in our team, you'll take ownership of managing a diverse portfolio of clients, spearheading Digital Marketing campaigns that deliver tangible results. With a primary focus on Account Management and Paid Media Advertising, you'll leverage your strategic prowess to drive campaign success and exceed client expectations.
What We're Looking For:
Account Management Expertise: With a minimum of two years of agency experience, you'll showcase your proficiency in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Paid Media Mastery: Your core skill set lies in Paid Media Advertising, with a proven track record of strategising, implementing, and optimising campaigns across various platforms, including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
Strategic Vision: Balancing creativity with strategic insight, you'll craft innovative solutions that maximise ROI and drive business growth for our clients.
Analytical Rigor: Numbers are your ally, and you excel in analysing data to inform decision-making, ensuring campaigns are continuously optimised for success.
Effective Communication: Your ability to communicate strategies and results with clarity and confidence will be crucial in fostering strong client relationships and internal collaboration.
Relationship Building: You should have the ability to nurture and cultivate relationships with stakeholders, both within the organisation and externally.
Proficiency in Client Meetings: You must be capable of leading and facilitating client meetings with finesse, utilising well-structured briefing processes, methodologies, and presentations to ensure professionalism and clarity.
Key Metric Management: You will be responsible for setting, managing, and reporting on key campaign metrics to track performance and inform decision-making.
Effective Presentation Skills: You should be adept at presenting strategies and results confidently and professionally in face-to-face interactions, both internally and externally.
Initiative and Collaboration: While capable of working autonomously, you should also embrace collaboration with team members to develop comprehensive strategies that deliver impactful results.
Proficiency in Analytic Tools: Complete proficiency with analytic tools is required to make informed, data-driven decisions.
