The Role:
As the Executive Marketing Strategist you will be leading a performance marketing team, developing them, auditing accounts, strategising top performing campaigns with the aim of ensuring our clients receive the best possible experience.
This role reports to the Head of Accounts and will lead a team of Marketing Strategists, as well as work with Data Marketing Strategists + Creative Marketing Strategist team to ensure there is seamless consistency between client servicing, performance data and the creative strategy.
The goal is that by working on our most in-depth strategies, the knowledge and learnings you gain will also be filtered through to the rest of the company, ultimately lifting the standard of strategies and contributing to Megaphone’s overall strategic direction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years experience in Digital Marketing ideally with client facing experience.
- 1 year + of leading & or developing a team, preferable.
- Experience in strategising and driving the roll out for seasonal promotional periods for clients.
- Experience attending client meeting prior to signing as this will be a shared function across the team.
