We are on the hunt for a Digital Media Buyer / Paid Ads Specialist to join our innovative team. This Paid Socials expert will be ahead of the game in the social media advertising landscape for the beauty supplement industry. They will have the power to take our sponsored, paid advertising on all social channels to the next level. We truly believe it is a fine art being able to use targeted ads to get more eyes on our beloved premium collagen products.  
  
Reporting directly to our CEO and collaborating closely with the wider Marketing team you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital presence and driving engagement across predominately Meta campaigns. You will be at the forefront of our digital initiatives and responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive Digital Media strategies, ensuring that our brand stands out. Other key aspects of the role include:  
  

  • Developing, optimising and maintaining Paid Social campaigns, pulling the levers to ensure that performance continuously meets business objectives and KPIs 
  • Tracking and reporting on ad performance using attribution analytics, industry trends and insights while staying ahead of the curve on digital marketing innovations  
  • Collaborating with the wider team and CEO on digital content strategies for social media, website and EDM’s to create assets that increase customer loyalty and online engagement   
  • Optimising Ad spend by fine-tuning NCPA, CPA and ROAS activity and providing easy to action feedback on performance to the wider team 
  • Brainstorm outside the box strategies to achieve business goals, improve customer experience and overall digital performance  
  • Analyse Google metrics to improve ad performance in conjunction with our agency partner 
  
About you 
Your natural ability to know what people want sets you apart from the rest when it comes to targeting the right people, in the right place, at the right time – you drop an ad and boom all eyes are on that product. You crave the ability to make meaningful contributions to a forward-thinking company that values innovation and solution-oriented mindsets, fuelled by a genuine passion for the elevation opportunities Digital Media provides to a brand. Your analytical, inquisitive nature will see you do well in this role coupled with your proven experience and results with e-commerce paid social media campaigns. Ideally you will bring the following skills and qualifications to our role:  
  • 4+ years in an Account Lead or Senior Digital Marketing role, in E-Commerce 
  • Thrive in a hands-on role where you are on the tools and operating solo 
  • Experience managing large-scale budgets in a fast paced environment 
  • Knowledge of consumer trends in the female beauty industry is a plus 
  • A deep understanding of Paid Media Platforms, particularly Meta and Google 
  • Strong analytical skills that drive data informed decision making to improve sales and lead generation 
  • Tech savvy with Excel, attribution tools i.e. TripleWhale and Shopify 
  • Strong copywriting capabilities (copy and creative writing)
