What does the role entail
Channels: Search, Social, Video, Display, Audio, Content, Partnerships, Programmatic.

1. Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Understand client goals, objectives, and challenges to develop tailored digital marketing strategies.

2. Team Leadership

• Manage a team of Account Executives and Account Managers, and provide mentorship, guidance, and training to team members to ensure their professional growth and development.
• Set performance goals and metrics for the team and individual team members.
• Track and assess team performance against these goals and provide regular feedback.

3. Campaign Oversight

• Ensure the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed client KPIs.
• Review and approve campaign deliverables and materials.

4. Strategy Evolution + Client Retention

• Continuously evaluate and evolve digital marketing strategies based on changing client needs and market dynamics.
• Develop and execute strategies to retain and grow client accounts. Monitor client satisfaction and take steps to ensure high levels of client retention.

What skills you bring to the table

1. 7+ years experience with Digital Marketing working in a Marketing agency.
2. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs, and provide strategic recommendations.
3. Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive results.
4. Understanding of biddable media channels such as Search, Social, Audio, Video, and programmatic channels, etc.
5. Good Problem Solving and negotiation skills.
