What does the role entail
Channels: Search, Social, Video, Display, Audio, Content, Partnerships, Programmatic.
1. Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Understand client goals, objectives, and challenges to develop tailored digital marketing strategies.
2. Team Leadership
- Manage a team of Account Executives and Account Managers, and provide mentorship, guidance, and training to team members to ensure their professional growth and development.
- Set performance goals and metrics for the team and individual team members.
- Track and assess team performance against these goals and provide regular feedback.
3. Campaign Oversight
- Ensure the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed client KPIs.
- Review and approve campaign deliverables and materials.
4. Strategy Evolution + Client Retention
- Continuously evaluate and evolve digital marketing strategies based on changing client needs and market dynamics.
- Develop and execute strategies to retain and grow client accounts. Monitor client satisfaction and take steps to ensure high levels of client retention.
What skills you bring to the table
- 7+ years experience with Digital Marketing working in a Marketing agency.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive results.
- Understanding of biddable media channels such as Search, Social, Audio, Video, and programmatic channels, etc.
- Good Problem Solving and negotiation skills.
