Job Description: As a Digital Marketer at Your Web Solution you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our clients brand and services. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers for our clients businesses, and also our own.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across channels, mainly Google and Meta, including media buying and audience targeting.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights to optimise spend and performance based on the insights.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and provide reports with insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with the design team to create high-quality marketing materials, including infographics, videos, and more.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the industry.
- Manage email and SMS marketing campaigns via Brevo and MessageMedia, including writing content, template designs, setting up automated workflows and ensuring campaigns are successfully sent out.
- Optimise marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels for Your Web Solution and our other brand.
- Social media content planning, creation and scheduling.
Qualifications:
- Experience within the NDIS will be highly regarded and send you straight to the top of our list
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
- 3+ Years experience working for a digital marketing agency
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role – we will want to see proven results you have achieved whether that be via case studies, marketing assets you have created or however you can think of to demonstrate this to us – don’t just talk about what you can do, show us!
- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, social media platforms).
- Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with A/B testing and other forms of user testing.
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools
