About the role

This role will suit a dynamic and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead and manage all aspects of the paid media campaigns.  This role will be crucial in driving growth as the business expand their presence in the US and open a new store in NZ. The role will suit someone who is passionate about the growth of the organisation as well as the ability to present back on the performance of digital channels.
 
Key responsibilities:

• Oversee all paid media channels, including Google Ads, Google Shopping, YouTube Ads, Bing Ads, Pinterest Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Continuously analyse and optimize what’s working and what’s not to ensure maximum ROI.
• Collaborate with SEO agency for keyword searching and copy review.
• Conduct A/B tests to improve ad performance and optimise marketing strategies.
• Stay informed about upcoming products and relevant keyword searches to drive effective marketing campaigns.
• Manage product feeds and ensure they are optimised for performance.
• Be adaptable and ready to handle any new paid media opportunities that arise.

 
Ideal candidate

• Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Strong understanding of google ads, google shopping and other major advertising channels.
• Basic knowledge of SEO practices with willingness to learn and take ownership.
• Experience in SEO tracking is a plus.
• Background in working with retail clients if from an agency setting, alternatively retail / eCommerce experience.
• Familiarity with product feed management and shopping feeds.
• Ability to conduct A/B testing and analyse campaign performance to drive data-driven decisions.
• Need to be able to manage ambiguity, fast paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

The business is in growth phase, the person will be part of this exciting chapter but also have the passion for this growth.    The office is located in the South Eastern Suburbs and will require at least 4 days in the office as they are incredibly colloborative and want people to work closely as well as give you the opportunity to progress in your role.
