The Opportunity:
The Digital Producer role at Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company is a unique opportunity for an ambitious, proactive individual with a passion for content creation and the technical side of digital marketing. The candidate will oversee the creation and execution of content for digital channels of which Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is key to our technology.
The role will involve attending events for creating, executing, and testing content across various channels such as email, e-detailers, socials, webinars, SMS, online websites, and medical education forums. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in journey automation using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The Digital Producer will work alongside cross-functional commercial teams to build solid relationships, shape solutions, and support the development of a multichannel roadmap.
Cool stuff you'll get to do:
· Executing the content marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
· Creating and managing a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of content across all channels.
· Capturing, authoring, and editing engaging content for various channels.
· Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
· Supporting our journey build, execution, and review on the SFMC platform
· Ensuring that all content is optimized for search engines and social media platforms.
· Staying up-to-date with developments in digital marketing and content creation.
· Work collaboratively with brand teams on content creation including localization of above-market materials for local market usage
· Work collaboratively with 3rd party agencies/vendors to deliver omnichannel campaigns according to agreed project specifications and estimates
· Regularly report to client stakeholders as well as internal management
· Take ownership of the Medical, Legal, and regulatory review process to ensure all content is compliant before publishing
· Be technically minded, and able to think pragmatically and resolve issues.
Major responsibilities
· Gain a strong knowledge and become champion of Allergan content creation across the portfolio of brands
· Produce and implement content and designs for web, mobile, banners, eDMs, and social media assets, adhering to brand guidelines as part of an omnichannel approach.
· Support the build and management of customer journeys in SFMC
· eDM/website content implementation, monitoring, and analytics
· Identify any risks or issues, implement mitigation plans where possible, and/or resolve promptly
· Proactively monitor omnichannel campaigns
Experience that may help you get started
· Skilled in creation tools such as Canva, Adobe CC Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
· Experience in designing across multiple digital channels including websites, eDMs, and social media.
· Exposure with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (HTML, CSS and building EDMs) platform including journey builder
· Understanding of Content Management Systems, experience preferred
· Excellent organisation and time management skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work in a fast paced changing environment
· Ability to work independently and as part of a broader team
· Manage deadlines and time estimates
· Attention to detail and pro-active in fixing things that aren't right
· Problem solving skills
