About the role
This is a full time permanent opportunity located in Brisbane CBD.
The Digital Solutions Business Analyst will work with Digital Solutions team members and stakeholders from across all business areas of Stanwell to:
- Engage, investigate, analyse and define requirements for reporting, automation, data, integration and data governance initiatives.
- Document business, process and system analysis support for project and operational Digital Solution requests.
Key activities include:
- Engage with business users to identify and analyse current requirements for reports and automation solutions via appropriate formats (e.g. workshop), producing clear, unambiguous and testable requirements.
- Act as a digital subject matter expert to champion a great customer experience while liaising with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful delivery.
- Work collaboratively, developing and maintaining positive working relationships with business and ICT stakeholders and members of other project teams.
About you
- Strong experience in Business Analysis techniques within large and complex environments, working on large and small projects.
- Experience with reporting, data, and automation solutions, especially those using Microsoft solutions including Power BI, Synapse and Power Platform (highly regarded).
- Proven high level interpersonal skills as demonstrated by successful outcomes in the areas of presentation, workshop facilitation, consultation and change management including the ability to prepare, coordinate and present timely and accurate advice.
- Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business or equivalent qualifications or experience.
