Job Type: 12 month Contract, Full Time
Remuneration: $60,000-$70,000 Annual Salary + Super Guarantee

About the Role
Our Digital Strategists report to the Managing Director and manage a number of client accounts so if you are someone with strong relationship building skills, great organisational skills and a keen eye for detail this might be the perfect role for you.
On any given day you may be onboarding clients, or liaising with our team of specialists, ensuring campaign success, managing Meta campaigns, and coordinating client approvals.
You will work closely alongside our Web Developer, Graphic Designer, Google Ads Specialist and other Digital Strategists. As this is a growing business, we are looking for a real go getter, someone who will roll up their sleeves and give things a go!
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Onboarding new clients, ensuring their first impression of the agency is good and that we minimise back-and-forth during this time
- Managing clients
- Looking for opportunities to optimise campaigns
- Keep across industry trends and media landscape to ensure you stay on your A game when it comes to client information
- Communicating results with clients through regular reporting and meetings both in-person and online
- Scaling client campaigns
- Day-to-day marketing tasks including;
- Copywriting
- Simple website edits including uploading blogs/hanging copy
- Optimising Meta campaigns
- Generating and evolving regular reporting
Key Requirements
- A solid understanding of the digital marketing landscape
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Comfortable with digital software and a fast learner
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and execute on competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to work both independently and as a part of a collaborative team
- A growth mindset with a passion for ongoing development and learning

Hours: 38 hours per week, 8-4., whilst we are open to a discussion around flexibility, we do require co-location with the team to ensure strong foundations are built. We currently work in a co-working office based in Sippy Downs, it’s a great spot to nurture your creative side and enjoy the various events on offer each month.
