What will you do?

As a Digital Strategist, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our ongoing projects and clients' performance, making a real impact on our digital department's overall success. With your ability to be agile and seamlessly transition between various projects as needed, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our team is always moving forward together, delivering exceptional results for our clients. As a member of our team, you will share our common goal of driving success, bringing your expertise in digital strategy and your passion for innovation to every project you work on.

  • Managing and leading campaign strategy, with a strong emphasis on driving success for those clients.
  • Supporting the wider team by contributing new ideas to improve campaigns and overall strategy.
  • Providing dedicated support to the team, leveraging your expertise in the field, and taking a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Maintaining a strong sense of accountability and ownership, with a focus on prioritizing client performance.
  • Working across and contributing to the team's fulfillment.
  • Looking at campaigns for improvements and potential, providing insights into areas of improvement
  • Be involved in new and ongoing projects within the digital space.
  • Actively engaging in different tasks and projects across the team. Always willing to be involved in new projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies to continuously improve campaign performance and drive innovation.

Who are you & what will you bring?

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels
  • Demonstrated experience working hands-on with clients' strategy
  • A "can-do" attitude, with a willingness to take on new challenges and be agile in their day-to-day work
  • Analytical, strategic, and detail-oriented
  • Adaptable and open to change, with a proactive mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated project management and time management skills.
  • You have a strong drive to deliver exceptional digital services and performance
  • 3+ years of hands-on expertise in creating and optimisating Google Ads PPC campaigns, encompassing proficient skills in bid management, keyword research, ad copy creation and budget optimisation.
  • Highly adept at setting up and navigating Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, with a dedicated focus on leveraging insights in Google Ads and Google Analytics to report on the ROAS derived from PPC initiatives.
