We have been in business for 24 years.
We specialize in rural, residential, commercial and security fencing and gates. We have our own welding team who fabricate in both aluminium and steel.
We are specialists in the gate automation industry having our own brand Gatemaster Australia.
The Position and Responsibilities.
• Customer service, invoicing, sales.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organised sales counter and showroom.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder/restock the merchandise as required.
• Collaborate with all other departments, team members.
• Give clear direction to the warehouse staff for order picking.
• Assist and Maintain the web site – Online sales orders and packaging.
• Schedule tech support bookings and invoicing.
The Person.
• Honest ,reliable and punctual.
• Maintain an orderly temperament.
• Consistently maintain the image and vision of the company – Customer service focused.
• Clear communicator who presents well.
• Able to work in a close team environment and independently at times.
• Good Numeracy and Literacy skills.
• Someone who wishes to re-enter the work force is also encouraged to apply.
• Must be able to maintain good time management and self-discipline skills.
• Can maintain a balance between work and home.
• Quickbooks/Reckon accounting system an advantage but not a necessity.
• Analytical and provide positive solutions
Benefits of position
1. Full time employment 40 hours per week
2. Weekly pay based on an hourly rate
3. 4 x Weeks leave per annum.
