The Role:
As our Tech Guru, you'll play a pivotal role in the successful implementation and end-user support for our business technology platform applications. As a Digital Support Specialist, you'll collaborate with our Digital and Analytics Manager to integrate and support construction-specific software applications like Procore, MYOB, and WH&S solutions. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting tech issues, configuring software settings, and providing end-user support. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring smooth operations across the organisation's IT landscape.
Responsibilities: General Tech Support:
- Delivering top-notch tech support.
- Managing hardware and software infrastructure.
- Leading the implementation of core business systems.
- Spearheading technology planning initiatives.
- Overseeing the design and management of our intranet and website.
- Timely resolution of user issues and escalation of complex problems when needed.
- Deliver onboarding support to new users, ensuring related business process, key features and functionalities are understood.
What We're Looking For:
- Tertiary qualifications in data analysis, technology, or related disciplines.
- Minimum two years of experience in a similar role, focusing on business engagement and systems analysis.
- A digital nomad mindset with a customer-centric passion.
- Bonus points for hands-on experience with API/EDI integration, Microservices & Serverless Architecture (AWS or Azure), and Java, Java Script, Python, and Robotic Process Automation knowledge.
- Advantageous construction-related software knowledge, including Procore, MYOB, and ProcurePro. Primary point of contact for technical support related to business systems including but not limited to Procore, MYOB, and WH&S solutions.
