Work with Sales & Marketing Leadership Team to develop and execute GDA’s overarching Digital Marketing Strategy including;
• Advising and leading the implementation of a tech stack to deliver the overall strategy.
• Developing and implementing GDA’s zero party data strategy.
• Embedding and optimising GDA’s Digital Engagement & Activation Platform, to enhance our communication and relationship with consumers and customers.
• Working closely with our retail and on premise partners, Key Account Managers and Marketing Team to assess and invest in retailer digital programs that improve year round visibility and sales of GDA brands on customers’ ecomm sites, loyalty apps and digital platforms.
• Owning and optimising GDA’s EDM platform and comms plan to deliver compelling consumer and trade messages aligned to brand and sales objectives.
• Implementation of digital solutions that build our virtual rep call capability within the national call centre.
• Recommending and driving new digital marketing strategies and initiatives that drive our brands forward and help us maintain a competitive edge.
• Attending internal and external planning forums e.g. Customer Joint Business Planning Meetings. Ability to travel interstate for customer meetings will be occasionally required.
• KPI reporting and stakeholder engagement.
• Supporting and collaborating with the in house Social Media Manager.
Skills and Experience
- Skilled digital marketer with 8+ years experience driving and implementing digital strategy for consumer facing brands
- B2B digital experience essential
- Proven ability to work on multiple brands / with multiple stakeholders concurrently
- Experience engaging with senior business leaders
- Proven success with executing digital marketing campaigns, reaching key KPIs
- Highly organised, collaborative, proactive, innovative, mover & shaker
- Solid knowledge of current and emerging digital platforms and channels
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Sales experience desired
- FMCG Experience desired
