Your contribution (key responsibilities and accountabilities) To be successful in this role you will: Leadership and Management
Lead and manage a team of professional marketing and brand management specialists to ensure the delivery of services that achieve organisation (domestic and international) and whole of government business needs.
Provide effective leadership in planning, developing, implementing and evaluating marketing and brand management activities across variety of TIQ priorities, consistent with the strategic priorities of the organisation.
Foster a positive team culture, actively managing team members to continually develop, engage with risk, show personal courage and commit to action including through modelling these behaviours.
Actively contribute as a leader to branch strategic planning, operational planning, human resource management and financial management.
Technical
Provide expert advice on contemporary and effective marketing and brand management strategies that ensure the organisation is best positioned to communicate
