About the Role
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, confident, and vibrant Digital Specialist to join our Ingleburn Branch on a fulltime permanent basis. Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our branch network and sales teams.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Embody the ‘Yes We Can’ ethos in all aspects of your role and responsibilities.
  • Embody the Supagas Safety Vision “Think SAFE, Work SAFE, Live SAFE” and Safety Expectations within all facets of the site and role
  • Ensure a safe workplace for all staff, visitors and customers reporting all risks / hazards / incidents / near misses and accidents.
  • Participate in the Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and help facilitate activities that are planned for the site
  • Understand the Supagas Critical Risks, the Controls and Enablers as per the Critical Risk Handbook and how they pertain to your role
  • Ensure all staff, visitors and contractors operate within Supagas safety rules including Permit To Work (PTW) requirements
  • Have an intimate knowledge of legal and market compliance responsibilities when it comes to digital advertising.
  • Planning, coordinating and optimising online advertising campaigns.
  • Research advertising trends on competitors’ products and pricing and report monthly to the marketing team and relevant Sales or Product Manager.
  • Applying SEO principles to improve search engine ranking.
  • Analysing digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimisation.
  • Conduct social media audits to ensure best practice is being used.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop a digital strategy and marketing campaigns.
  • Execute projects with the team to create content.
  • Monitor key online marketing metrics and data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to measure success and help shape future marketing strategies and trends.
  • Work with outside vendors to supplement the work as needed.
  • Analysing campaign data and compiling regular reports on campaign performance.
  • Execute digital campaigns to new customers and existing customers.
  • Creating and implementing schedule of digital content for online channels including website, SEM, SEO, press releases, editorial, blogs, social media etc
  • Ensuring brand alignment and consistency across all digital platforms
  • Manage the organisations’ social media profiles, customer engagement platform, email and SMS channels etc
  • Other tasks as required from time to time.
Skills & Experience
  • 3 years + proven experience as a digital marketing specialist
  • Proven experience executing social media campaigns.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills.
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite and CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords etc.)
  • The successful candidate will be required to attend a pre-employment medical
