Our culture celebrates diversity and prioritises wellbeing and belonging, ensuring our people can thrive.About The Role:Working as part of the Industry & Education portfolio within the Education Design and Operations Team, the Digital Learning Lead manages the Digital Learning configuration and support team and is actively involved in functional analysis, configuration, support services and enhancing the BKI Digital Learning Systems. Collaborating with stakeholders, the role defines detailed functional requirements and acceptance criteria (Features and Stories), and coordinates with ICT and vendors to deliver product releases, changes and enhancements. The Digital Learning Lead will ensure that functional support services are responsive and timely, system configuration is current and report on defects and/or identified issues. Additionally, the role oversees pre-release functional testing of new features, updates knowledge documentation including end user communications, Help Hubs, and system process maps, and manages the product change request register, assessing feasibility of proposed changes.We are excited about you because you have:
- A degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years as a Functional Analyst, preferably in an education environment
- Ability to lead and undertake significantly complex pieces of analysis work
- Experience in obtaining and documenting of detailed business and functional requirements
- Experience in delivering functional designs
- Strong knowledge of learning management systems Moodle experience will be highly regarded.
- Strong knowledge of systems architecture and integrations and how these translate to function and process in use of systems for end users
- Demonstrable achievement in the management of services
- Strong knowledge of operations and service management, preferably as it pertains to the courseware Lifecycle
