Digitisation and Mail Services Administrator Trainee
NECA Education and Careers, in partnership with a State Government department, is seeking applications for a full-time Business Trainee position based in Melbourne. This 12-month role offers the opportunity to work full-time while completing a nationally recognized qualification. The candidate will play a pivotal role in providing administrative support to the Digitisation and Mail Services team.
The successful candidate will provide broad administrative support across the team, providing general support which may include escalating critical issues. The trainee will develop and maintain relationships and collaborate with others.
The Digitisation and Mail Services trainee will play an important role in ensuring that digitised mail is received and electronically forwarded to the relevant business area across the state.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in various administrative tasks to support the Digitisation and Mail Services team.
- providing a range of digitisation, digital mail forwarding, parcel handling and courier booking services using a range of digital tools
- Provide customer and administration services, maintain parcel tracking/inventory control
- Develop and maintain local databases or reporting systems using approved software.
- Perform computer-based tasks, including preparing and sending standard written communications and data entry.
- Prepare emails, letters, and other correspondence.
- Liaise effectively with key stakeholders and work collaboratively as part of a team.
