AddressTIMG is on the lookout for Digitisation Assistants to join our Aspley team! This casual afternoon shift role is perfect for those looking for a work-life balance.
What's a Digitisation Assistant?
Digitisation Assistants are integral to TIMG's success in being able to deliver agreed project objectives to our customers. Based in Aspley, our team are part of a national Digitisation team who work together on shared projects and initiatives as well as autonomously on local and state-wide clients.
You will:
- Ensure correct use of TIMG internal systems is always maintained in accordance with instructions.
- Prepare documents for scanning.
- Use Microsoft Office to enter data.
- Pick and pack as required related to digitisation tasks.
- Perform high speed scanning of records.
- Manage post-processing of scanned images.
- Perform quality assurance.
