Our centre is located in the small rural town of Oakey. Little Champions is a family owned and operated service, with a maximum of 56 children consisting of Nursery, Toddlers, Pre-Kindy and Kindy. The centre offers flexible hours and working arrangements to accommodate work life balance for our educators. Staff are offered paid study time and additional programming hours.
Qualifications & experience
- Diploma in children's services (or actively working towards)
- Current Working With Children Check (Blue Card)
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Sound understanding of the NQF and EYLF
Tasks & responsibilities
- Observing and planning for children's development and learning
- Cleaning
- Toileting Children
- Communicating with staff and families
- Supervision of Children
- Use and Implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework
