Cambridge Hills Preschool, located in Rankin Park, has a RARE opportunity for a Diploma trained educator to join our team (hours and pay are negotiable !!)

About our centre:

Cambridge Hills has been a family owned and operated business for over 30 years. We are a 39 place Preschool and operate between 6:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday, 49 weeks a year.

We pride ourselves on the meaningful relationships we build with our children, their families and the community, our rich and engaging learning environments and incredibly low staff turn over (we have staff that have been with us for over 27 years!).

About the Position:

We are looking for a Diploma trained staff member for 3-5 days a week. You must be available to work from 6.30am - 5.30pm.

We are looking for an enthusiastic staff member who is competent and capable in all aspects of programming and planning as well as possessing the ability to create stimulating, positive and age appropriate learning environments. You must be able to communicate positively, with staff and families on an ongoing basis as well as responding to the needs and emotions of all of our children.

Essential Requirements:

~ Diploma in Early Childhood Education (working towards will be considered upon application).

~ Strong understanding and knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards.

~ A passion to develop your skills as an early childhood professional who will strive to achieve service goals and ensure our service philosophy is reflected in daily practice.

~The ability to build relationships with educators, families, children and our community.

~ Experience in working cooperatively in a team environment.

~ A vibrant personality, professional manner and a can do attitude! 

~ A current first aid certificate including C.P.R, Asthma and Anaphylaxis.

~ Child protection certificate.

~ Current WWCC
